Based in Matakana 1 hr north of Auckland, Fisheye is run by partners Peter Young and Tracy Roe who have been creating award-winning Film & Television for over 25 years.

Peter Young has extensive experience as a cameraman, director and producer. He brings a  well-rounded skill set to any production but what shines through is his passion for well-crafted story-telling.

Peter has won many awards for his work behind the camera but it’s being part of a creative, collaborative team that keeps him in the game.

Tracy Roe has worked as a producer, writer and general manager at Fisheye Films since 2005, and enjoys the variety and challenges of working in a small company.

Tracy began her television career at Natural History New Zealand as a writer, developer and researcher on wildlife and science documentaries for National Geographic, Discovery Channel and NHK Japan. At Fisheye Tracy co-produced the award-winning Television One prime-time series Fight for the Wild, as well as Coasters, Get Fresh, Hunger for the Wild and the feature documentaries The Art of Recovery and The Last Ocean.
