Gremolata
Ingredients:
- Zest of two Lemons ( minced fine )
- 1 Tbl Garlic ( minced fine )
- ¼ Cup Italian Parsley ( fine chopped )
Method:
Mix the finely minced and chopped ingredients together until incorporated.
Refrigerate until required. Best made daily.
* Sprinkle on fresh seafood and also traditionally on braised meats for a terrific zingy flavor point
