Get Fresh, with Al Brown

10 x half-hour television series for TV One 2011

In Get Fresh, with Al Brown acclaimed New Zealand chef Al Brown heads to the far corners of the country tracking down the best markets, finest produce and freshest ingredients to create a meal that captures the quintessential flavour of each region.

While Al does the tasting and testing out in the field, his final meal is created from a professional kitchen, where, as one of New Zealand’s leading chefs we see him crafting the dishes and sharing the finer aspects of his recipes.
